When We Grow Up!

Mia and Leo spend a day finding out what grown-ups actually do at work. Fifteen illustrated scenes follow the pair from a hospital ward to a building site, from a kitchen to a spacecraft control room, introducing the vocabulary of a job alongside each picture.

Every page is drawn to be coloured in, with large clear shapes for smaller hands and enough detail to hold a five-year-old's attention. The result is a first careers book that behaves like a colouring book and a colouring book that teaches something.
